ACSCU-ACI grants elementary, junior high Level 3 Status

Updated: Nov 10

The Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP), through the Association of Christian Schools, Colleges and Universities Accrediting Council Inc. (ACSCU-ACI), has granted the Junior High School and the Elementary programs with a Level III Re-Accredited Status, the highest accreditation status for the two programs, last December 14, 2022.

The school was able to satisfactorily meet the standards and fulfill all the requirements of ACSCU-ACI following Memorandum Order Number 32, Series of 2006 of the Department of

Education.

The accreditation committee of MHCS was responsible for the hard work and dedication put into this achievement and consisted of 11 members.

The overall chair of the accreditation committee was Dr. Marivic Daguio while Laurence Guzman served as the accreditation officer.

Kristin Basco, Teresa Lopez, and Greynor Cabero handled the High School, Elementary and Preschool Curriculums and Instructions, respectively.

On the other hand, John Yap was in charge of faculty and professional development, while Ptr. Christian Banzuelo managed matters concerning community outreaches.

Enrique Morales oversaw physical facilities and laboratories, and Zyril Goto headed the library.

Finally, student achievements were collated by Kyla Mendoza, and alumni-related information was handled by Jerelyn Lim.

The Early Childhood Department of the school already received a Level II status last December 2021, the highest level for its program. It can be remembered that school was given Level I ACSCU Accreditation for Preschool, Elementary and High School in 2018.
