Candle Pen is the official student-led publication of Makati Hope Christian School, a Chinese-Filipino Christian educational institution located at 2312 Don Chino Roces Avenue Extension in Makati City. 

The organization started publication in 1998 and has since been an active agent in uplifting the voices of MHCS students and faculty, sharing the successes of the school community, and conducting projects that echo the spirit of journalism.
