Candle Pen is the official student-led publication of Makati Hope Christian School, a Chinese-Filipino Christian educational institution located at 2312 Don Chino Roces Avenue Extension in Makati City. 

The organization started publication in 1998 and has recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, serving as an active agent in sharing the success of its students and faculty and in promoting the school to its community.
