The Titanic takes its maiden voyage across the Atlantic featuring two wayward souls and an exquisite necklace. You know how it goes, she promised never to let go, he gets hypothermia and the mighty Titanic sinks.
On a totally unrelated note, Candle Pen has produced magazines such as the Candle Pen Gazette and the KidzVille-TeenzVille tandem that I grew up loving.
It didn’t matter how much I loved those school magazines because they too “let go” and are now only a distant memory in the minds of older MHCS students and staff.
Now back to the Titanic. We’ve all cried watching the James Cameron movie (saying you didn’t cry doesn’t make you cool, Younger Andrea). But it is a lesser known fact that the Titanic will have a sequel, or rather a second voyage, in 2022.
Again, on an unrelated tangent, this year marks the release of the maiden issue of Ember, Candle Pen’s latest magazine installment.
I hope that Ember will bring you all as much joy as we had making it.
