Chapter 1: Copenhagen

December 1, 2065.

People were huddled in shelters as the world kept on warming.

“We’re nearing Christmas, but I don’t think this would be a happy holiday after this,” a researcher said, confirming his results.

It was unusual to see Copenhagen in despair as the flames ravaged the city due to heat.

Now, they had to take care of 14 million people who had lost their homes.

All had lost hope, but there was a boy, who still waited for peace in his hometown, and his name was Jorge.

His only wish was to have a happy Christmas, and not celebrate it through these events.

But something was deemed strange to him, and he would surely use it for the benefit of Christmas.

Chapter 2: Blizzard

Jorge became dedicated to work and stop global warming, as the threats have become more serious each year.

Suddenly, during work, his hands violently went cold. He had to be taken to treatment because he was suffering from hypothermia.

As soon as he woke up, the doctor had told him what had happened.

“Impossible!” Jorge exclaimed.

“Hypothermia in 40 degrees? What nonsense is that!” he added.

“Our systems have already determined you’re suffering a case that we couldn’t identify,” the doctor explained.

“It is indeed strange, but we are looking on to your case,” he stated.

Christmas was near. He had been working hard to stop a heatwave that could kill millions in Copenhagen, as it already ravaged St. Petersburg, Russia and Warsaw, Poland in the past days.

A few days into his rest, his hands had suddenly froze, and the origin of the ice was unknown.

He screamed in pain.

“Why are my hands in ice?” he began questioning.

He then realized, this was no joke. The snow and ice were under his command.

Chapter 3: The Truth

“You need to use this, this could save billions of lives from death and sorrow!” a colleague reprimanded him.

“We aren’t going to cheat God’s way of life,” Jorge stated.

That night, he prayed to God on what was going on. Shall he use it to stop the heat wave from entering more of Denmark and Europe? Or shall he do it the hard way?

A sensation was felt by Jorge the next day.

God wanted Jorge to know that Christmas was supposed to be remembering Him and Jesus.

His hands would feel colder if the people had turned away from God.

So, he preached.

Day and night, his hands would grow colder because the people were cursing, unforgiving and not following God’s Word.

“Why isn’t it working?” Jorge asked to himself.

Jorge felt another sensation.

He needs to use his power of snow and ice to show the people how God could help them if

they followed Him, as the world is growing far from God.

Chapter 4: Miracle

December 25, 2065.

Snow was falling from the sky.

“It’s a Christmas Miracle!” one said.

“No, it is God’s Miracle.” a voice spoke.

Jorge came down from the sky like an angel. It was like he was sent for God.

“We must all be thankful that God has given us a chance to suffer, because suffering helps us endure the pain God is taking because of our actions,” Jorge stated.

“From now on, we must rejoice under God, our Saviour and our true Hero.” he added.

The people rejoiced as Copenhagen and the rest of Europe was saved from a disaster, due to Jorge’s faith and God’s forgiveness.
